Mens MTB Skills (Morning Session)
MENS SKILLS COURSE
16th September, 9am -12pm
1 x 3 hour sessions available, 6 per group.
The sessions will last 3 hours each and are aimed at competent bike riders who already ride trails but wish to progress their skills to allow more flow and enjoyment whilst trail riding. The groups will be small enough allow for plenty time for practice and discussion.
Andy Patterson is a Sport and Coaching Scientist who’s focus is on rider and athlete learning. He coaches riders across a wide spectrum from the playground to world class podiums.
